President & CEO
Will Cooper brings twenty years of experience in the field of wireless technology. Prior to founding Tierravision, Mr. Cooper worked for Cellular Communications Inc. and associated companies for 7 years in various capacities, including VP of Network Services, Director of Engineering & Technology and Manager of RF Engineering at Cellular Communications Inc. Previously, Mr. Cooper worked for Bell-Northern Research (Nortel) and Technophone (Nokia-UK). Mr. Cooper is a Member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers and has submitted publications to the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology and other wireless related conferences. Mr. Cooper has a BSc. (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wales, Swansea, and a MSc. and Ph.D. in Wireless Communications Systems & Theory from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD).
VP, CTO
Alfred Wallner brings over ten years of experience in software development. Prior to founding Tierravision, he worked for HSBC, Encyclopedia Britannica and Lynwood Computers developing web and mobile applications and optimizing server and database performance. Mr. Wallner has a business degree from HKG, Bern, and a BSc. in Computer Science from UCSD. He designed a geographic search filter and a cartographic data storage and retrieval method which enables optimal performance over wireless networks with patents pending.
